Our cleaning staff is trained to work quickly and efficiently so that your family or work schedule is not effected. However, please keep in mind that a job well done does take time. The amount of time that it takes to complete your cleaning will vary depending on several factors such as the size of your home, the traffic in your home, and how long it has been since your last home cleaning.

We offer a 30-60 minute window of when to expect the cleaning crew. In the event of an uncontrollable circumstance that may cause the team to run late a member of the office team will contact you to keep you updated.
Some customers prefer to be at home during the cleaning, but we do not require that someone be home. Please make sure our office team has proper directions for entering and exiting your home when scheduling your appointment if no one will be home.
Your cleaning team will bring with them all cleaning supplies and equipment to clean your home or office. If you need us to bring only green cleaning supplies please request it at time of scheduling. There is no additional cost.
For your convenience we accept major credit cards, cash, and check.
Gratuities, while not required, are greatly appreciated by our cleaning staff.
If your cleaning service appointment lands on a scheduled holiday our office team will contact you to reschedule. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, please give us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations/rescheduled appointments made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $45 cancellation fee.

Absolutely. We offer gift certificates for any of our services any time of the year. A gift certificate for a clean home is one of the best gifts that you can buy for someone you care about.
